The Organising Committee is in the process of finalising the social programme and will be hosting 3 functions as follows:

WELCOME FUNCTION
WEDNESDAY, 22 AUGUST 2012

The welcome cocktail function will be hosted at the Pool Area on 22 August 2012. A chance for delegates and accompanying partners to renew old acquaintances and network with new delegates; this evening will set the scene for the week ahead.


BUSHWILLOW DINNER
THURSDAY, 23 AUGUST 2012

This evening will give delegates the opportunity to experience the bush in a stylish and unique way. Hosted on 23 August 2012, this event will be one of the highlights of the congress.


GALA DINNER
SATURDAY, 25 AUGUST 2012

Possibly the highlight of the congress and hosted in the Safari Marquee, this evening will present the very best that Limpopo has to offer. We guarantee a gala dinner that will stand upon the world stage as an experience not to have been missed.

           


All social functions are included in the registration and accompanying persons rates. Day delegate rates are inclusive of the social function on the selected date.
